Feldenkrais-Inspired Body Awareness

This session introduces you to the method at the heart of everything I teach. A way of moving and learning that works not by pushing the body harder, but by giving the nervous system something it rarely receives: genuine curiosity, genuine slowness, and the space to reorganize itself naturally.

You might be surprised by how small the movements are. That smallness is the point. Stay with it, and notice what happens.

Before you press play, a few things worth knowing.

Find a comfortable position, seated or lying down, whatever feels right.

Give yourself permission to do less than you think you should.

Rest when I invite you to rest. That's when the learning happens.
