A simple practice you can return to every day.
This is a short practice (eight minutes) designed to do one simple, profound thing: bring you back to yourself. Not to fix anything, not to achieve anything. Just to ask your body what's here, and to listen to what it says.
Done consistently, this practice builds something that can't be rushed or forced. Fluency in your own body's language. The ability to catch what your nervous system is telling you before it has to say it louder. The quiet, reliable sense of being at home in yourself, even when everything around you is moving fast.
Eight minutes. Every day. That's all it asks.
