“Dayana is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me improve basic mechanics of walking in a way that I was not expecting. I am still going through the process but I am more hopeful than ever that I will improve my ability to walk and there is finally light at the end of the tunnel.”
“I've been working with Dayana for approximately ten years. Over that time, Feldenkrais has become an important part of maintaining my physical well-being, particularly my ability to continue playing tennis athletically into my 70s.
Compared with many of my peers, my ability to run, jump, react quickly, and maintain balance on the court is significantly better. I play with as much confidence in my physical abilities today as I did 20 years ago. That's not to say I can run as fast or jump as high as I could back then, but I still have the confidence to move athletically and make the most of what my body can do. I believe my work with Dayana has played a meaningful role in that.
Feldenkrais has also been particularly helpful in recovering from injuries. It's helped me get back on the tennis court with the confidence to play without hesitation or fear of reinjury.
One of the things I find interesting about Feldenkrais is its focus on the nervous system and how that influences the way we move. I've become more aware of my own movement patterns and how small changes can make a difference.
Dayana has a remarkable understanding of how the body moves and takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to her work. I'm grateful for the role she's played in helping me continue to enjoy tennis as actively as I do.”
“Grateful for Dayana - her voice, her skill, her listening, her knowledge and talent. She has a keen way of gentle-ing (my word) one through the obstacles, the questions, the confusion, the muck and all the stickiness in-between so you can see your diamonds. YES - YOUR GOLD! Through her feldenkrais and healing arts training -- she is a somatic architectural and anthropological master -- supporting you in digging out the foundation, putting your feet on the GROUND and seeing the beauty in all of it as you look around and see yourself with new eyes and get to decide what you wish to hone and cultivate for the ride going forward. Ahhh, just the glimpse of and felt sense of my mind-body connection is worth far more than the price of admission.”
“Dayana’s gentle, perceptive approach is both effective and soothing. She engenders a sense of believing in oneself that keeps the healing and growth going well beyond the actual sessions.”
“Dayana’s warm, caring, open hearted interaction radiates through out the session. I feel safe working with her and am impressed with her insight, knowledge and skill.
It is essential for me to feel cared about by a practitioner and I never doubt that.. I look forward to continuing to work with her. I highly recommend her!”
“From the moment we came on screen together, I felt welcomed, witnessed and accepted by Dayana's presence. She asked very pertinent questions about what was calling me into working with her program(s) and offered very confirming and tangible reflections. As someone who has been steeped in and around many different aspects the healing arts for nearing 30 years, by the law of averages some of my exchanges have been challenging ones. This would be the furthest from my experience in terms of Dayana's warmth, generosity and professionalism. My being is both lifted and grounded with a renewed sense of Hope. Thanks Dayana!”
“Dayana is very easy to engage and connect with. After our one-on-one zoom meeting I felt gently supported and encouraged to nurture areas of my heart where I realized needed more love. Dayana’s energy, wisdom, and variety of gentle self empowering techniques is helping me find safety within my own heart and deeper bodily awareness. I highly recommend connecting with her beautiful energy.”
“Working with Dayana as a massage therapist and Feldenkrais practitioner has been a game changer for me. She has a unique ability to combine hands-on treatment with gentle movement awareness, which has helped me address long-standing tension and improve my overall mobility.
I’ve not only experienced physical relief but also gained a better understanding of how my body moves and how to prevent future discomfort. I’m very grateful for her work and would highly recommend Diana to anyone seeking a more holistic and mindful approach to body care.”
“Dayana is a gifted hands-on practitioner. She is caring and knowledgeable. She helped me overcome my fear as well as emotional blocks and supports your healing journey in numerous ways. Her insights are extraordinary!”
“Incredibly kind and helpful. I've done years of physical therapy without much progress, and her methods gave me the tools to heal on my own in only a few visits. Now I can exercise without fear of injury!”
“Dayana gives a lovely massage...she addressed all my needs perfectly. With the combination of some essential oils, hot stones, and firm yet gentle hands, I left renewed, rested, and floating out the door!”

Thank you for sharing your wisdom around this topic. I suffer from ptsd due to the trauma in my marriage that I experienced. I am healing… thankfully because of what you just shared. Learning to get in touch with my body specifically my nervous system has been so healing. You are correct… not many know this… how to naturally heal their bodies through somatic breathing, movement, and meditation. Please keep sharing your wisdom. It will help so many people understand what’s happening to their body. Once they understand their nervous system can learn to relax, their mind can become quieter, and their soul can awaken. Thank you for what you do. ☺️
