Shoulder pain is the most common problem my clients bring to our healing sessions. It is not surprising!  We are always holding devices, typing on small keyboards, and looking down. 

During the night, we sleep in funky positions that we don’t always control, and during the day we carry children, bags, and objects, walk dogs that sometimes pull, clean and cook.

All of this repetitive motion wears out our joints, which are not designed to bear such weight. 

To complicate things, we tend to carry “the world on our shoulders”, holding muscular tension and tightness in the area between the shoulder blades and the back of our necks.
