“A friend of mine encouraged me for six months to go to Dayana’s Feldenkrais class. Upon my first class, it was life-changing. After weeks of going, I could slowly feel the structure of my body changing. I stand for a living and in an 8 to 12 hour period, I rarely sit down for even a break.
