After suffering from a debilitating life crisis in 2006, which led her to anxiety and physical pain, Dayana started a healing pathway that led her to be here today, and to a career helping others.
Dayana is a Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner, XPT™ Coach & Happy Body™ Mentor. She has 10 years of professional experience working with individuals & groups, online & in person. She specializes in practices that generate pain and anxiety relief, as well as better sleep.
Dayana devotes her life to studying and teaching the art of awareness, self-healing, & unleashing our limitless potential.
She holds a private practice in Doylestown, PA, and teaches worldwide via Zoom and on the free app Insight Timer. Her students range from children and teens to 80+ years old. She lives in Doylestown with her two daughters, Sofia and Valentina.
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Chef Marita Lynn is a holistic nutritional coach and chef.
She received her education in Holistic Nutrition from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and her Professional Chef certificate from the Institute of Culinary Education.
The founder of a catering company, a restaurant, and a food truck, Marita found herself overworked and stressed, which quickly turned into an addiction to sugar and salty foods. She gained over 30 pounds.
After learning how to heal herself holistically, she transformed her cooking style into a more clean, nutritious & delicious approach. Today, she guides people on their path to wellness, using a sustainable and holistic approach.

To pamper you and to experience community from beginning to end, we are offering private transportation in a 12-passenger van, with plenty of room for luggage, conversation, and fun.
Located in gorgeous Beach Haven, at the tip of Long Beach Island, we will lodge in "My Blue Haven", the third house from the ocean. Relax by the fireplace or hot tub, and enjoy the ocean views from the covered porch.

Take time to yourself and reset your nervous system as you get ready to enjoy the busiest time of the year, where the demands from winter and family gatherings ask you for full batteries and lots of energy! Learn how to move with your whole self as you get busy around the house, at work, or playing your favorite sport.
Our private chef, Marita Lynn, will cook a variety of healthy and yummy recipes including some original Peruvian dishes. On Saturday she will delight you with her expertise in a cooking demonstration and nutrition presentation, and she will share her recipes with you. You’ll be able to practice them during Thanksgiving & Christmas and dazzle your family & friends with some original dishes and flavors.
Experience the healing power of community in nature. As we go through the movement classes, practice sessions, and cooking demonstration, you will have a chance to share your insights with others, in the privacy of the retreat. The supportive energy of the group will uplift you and offer connection, especially if this is a time of the year when you miss loved ones and would like to feel “at home”.

Chef Marita will offer vegetarian and vegan options, as well as consider any allergic reactions you may have. Please let us know of your dietary needs at the time of registration to give us time for the adaptations.
Yes. Each room except for the Twin is set up to be shared by two people.
The prices are per person, and they include everything. Each room may be shared by a maximum of two people.
Yes. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. The balance is due on October 21, 2022.
We will give you credit for the full amount you paid, which can be used towards our next retreat (Spring or Fall 2023), as well as private sessions, courses, or workshops with Dayana.
In order to keep everyone healthy and with peace of mind, we will ask that all participants show a negative test 24 hours prior to 11/11/22.
As part of the retreat, each participant will receive a 30-minute private session with Dayana. These will be scheduled first-come-first-serve, as you complete your room reservation. The private sessions will take place on Saturday and Sunday, before breakfast and during the long breaks.
If you prefer, you can have your private session at Dayana’s office, the week after we return from the retreat.
