Signing up for the subscription allows you to download the recordings for a full month, and discover how developing more awareness as you move can transform the quality of your life.You will find yourself grounded, more flexible and aligned in mind and body. Elegant, graceful and pain-free movement will become your choice. 

While all these simple movement sequences will benefit you, some are extended explorations, and others are designed as quick “Tune Ups” that you can do at work, school, or even outdoors. You may choose them by body part, orientation, theme, or length.

New recordings are added to the collection every month, to expand your alignment repertoire : )
