Feldenkrais

The Feldenkrais Method® uses a combination of movement, directed attention, guided exploration and education, that engages the ability of our brain to change (Neuroplasticity). This “brain rewiring” allows us to discover and alter the habits and patterns that limit our potential. Practicing Feldenkrais we can increase our somatic awareness and learn new ways of thinking, sensing, feeling and acting to optimize our performance in every area of our life.
