Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® Classes
We will explore how small movements combined with your attention and your breath can “rewire” your brain to free you from back pain and lengthen your spine. After the practice, you’ll feel more grounded, lighter, and energized. This practice is based on The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education.
In order to get the most out of the class, please:
- Wear comfortable, warm clothing.
- Remove distractions (pets, phones, etc) from the room.
- Have a chair handy.
- Create space on the floor where you can lie down comfortably (i.e. on a rug or blanket).
- Have fun!
